Adrienne has been a famous American actress, author and cult horror movie star. Her career began as a professional performer and worked up to becoming an actor of genre in movies. Her Broadway performance as the determined and resolute Rizzo in Grease is among her most renowned work. Her role being the sister of Bea Arthur's character on the television sitcom Maude is also considered to be one of her most significant works.
